Belmont-DeVilliers Pensacola FL Homes For Sale
The Belmont-Devilliers neighborhood, also known as “The Blocks” or “West Hill,” is located on the west side of Pensacola, and is considered by many to be one of the most culturally vibrant and diverse districts in the city. During the segregation era in the mid 1940’s, this colorful locale was host to traveling artists and musicians such as Fats Domino, Aretha Franklin and Ike & Tina Turner.
Today, the Belmont-Devilliers district is just a stone’s throw away from Pensacola’s thriving downtown area, including Admiral Fetterman Field, home to the Pensacola Blue Wahoos Minor League Baseball team, where it is undergoing a major revitalization effort.
